Facades

We offer different products for ventilated façade systems.

Ventilated facades protect buildings against the weather and create a way for natural ventilation of the façade, while also creating a healthy indoor climate. They have an air gap between the insulation and the façade cladding. This gap is open at the top and bottom.

A ventilated façade has a lot of advantages – it allows you to “properly” insulate the building, because the insulation layer is placed outside the walls; it ensures adequate air and vapor circulation in building structures, allows for any humidity to evaporate through the air gaps and by that extends the structures service life. Ventilated facades allow to increase the thermal insulation properties of the walls and improves their sound insulation level, prevents condensation and mold growth. The light weight of those systems allows them to be mounted on any type of load-bearing walls. It is possible to replace the finishing plates without changing the supporting structure.

Ventilated façade subframe construction types

A ventilated façade system is a multi-layer construction. It is system is assembled from the outside the building on the bearing walls and consists of ventilated façade support structure (subframe), thermal insulation layer, air layer and façade cladding.

Most popular ventilated façade subframe systems are:

Wooden frame

Wooden sub-frame constructions have good thermal conductivity, are easy to handle, but offer low fire protection and are more exposed to biological risks like rot. We offer finishing and construction boards, that can be used on a wood sub-frame, as well as different mounting accessories like screws, EPDM tapes etc.

Galvanized steel frame

Galvanized steel sub-frame constructions have good thermal conductivity, are easy to handle, have high geometric stability and mechanical resistance, as well as A1 fire protection class. We offer galvanized steel sub-frames, finishing and construction boards, that can be used on a wood sub-frame, as well as different mounting accessories like screws, EPDM tapes etc.
