They have an air gap between the insulation and the fa\u00e7ade cladding. This gap is open at the top and bottom. The boards can be installed all year round <\/strong><\/b>and customised to your design preferences – both in size and colour.<\/b><\/p>\n A ventilated fa\u00e7ade has a lot of advantages \u2013 it allows you to “properly” insulate the building, because the insulation layer is placed outside the walls; it ensures adequate air and vapor circulation in building structures, allows for any humidity to evaporate through the air gaps and by that extends the structures service life. Ventilated facades allow to increase the thermal insulation properties of the walls and improves their sound insulation level, prevents condensation and mold growth. The light weight of those systems allows them to be mounted on any type of load-bearing walls.
